The Festival

Sabores de Baja is a organic food festival that retains the authentic Baja Sur flavors. We want to help local people, as well as tourists, to know the better variety of plates and products that are eaten in our lands. We seek to promote local consumption and seasonal products to collaborate with regional producers. The event from year to year has a charitable cause related to the support to the rural regions.

The festival is performed by Doña Pame Restaurante, with the most traditional food. We seek to promote the Baja California Sur culture with music and dances. Come try, share, learn and have fun!
